By accessing or using WappNove, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
02Use of service
WappNove is a WhatsApp marketing platform designed to allow users to broadcast messages to contacts using the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
03Recipient consent (opt-in rule)
Critical requirement: You must obtain active, explicit consent (opt-in) from all recipients before adding them to any broadcast list or sending them any WhatsApp campaign.
Sending unsolicited messages (spam) is strictly prohibited. If we receive reports of spam or high block rates, or if you violate WhatsApp's Business Policies, your access to our platform and API keys will be immediately revoked.
04Integration with Meta APIs
Our software links directly to your Meta Developer Account and WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You are solely responsible for all API usage fees, message costs billed directly by Meta, and maintaining active, valid API credentials. We do not control Meta's rate limits, server uptime, or account review decisions.
05Intellectual property
All code, brand design, logos, software architectures, templates, and documentation associated with WappNove are the exclusive property of our development team. You may not distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or resell our software source code without prior written consent.
06Disclaimer of warranties & liability
WappNove is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that we will restore banned WhatsApp accounts. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
07Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties (including Meta/WhatsApp).
